8th grade Sheltered English students complete a "Butterfly Grant" project and presentation. Students were given $50 microgrants to change the world. They researched and created projects to show how they would best use their money. Students will be sending school supplies to Somalia, donating to cancer research, and providing short term shelter in Nepal, among other projects.
